Each ticket ordered will be charged a non-refundable $8.50 ticketing service fee.
All prices are in U.S. dollars ($). All tickets are emailed to the purchaser in unique barcode PDF format.
You may buy Photo Op and Autographs separately, but you must be a convention attendee to use them.
Once items are listed as sold out on the website, they will not be available at the door in the majority of cases.
On occasion space is left between categories of different tickets. Depending upon sales we may add additional rows of tickets in that category.

PLEASE do not order items before carefully reading the event page for the convention so you can make sure you know what you can expect to see on the day(s) you are ordering for. Please order from only one event at a time!

Convention event tickets, autograph tickets and photo op tickets are non-refundable nor transferable to another event.

Your purchase of these tickets signifies that you agree to follow the rules stated on the site and at the convention.

In some cases, which will be announced at the time, if a guest cancels AND you have SEPARATE autograph and/or photo op tickets or duo/group photo op tickets with that star, Creation may choose to credit back the photo op and/or autograph ticket amount to patrons` credit cards OR issue a Credit Voucher, which the patron will receive when they arrive at the convention with the PDF for the item(s). This Credit Voucher is good to use as value towards any available autograph or photo op tickets or Creation produced merchandise. If the patron would prefer a refund, they can send the Credit Voucher to Creation`s main office within one month of the close of the convention. If it is decided that money will be refunded, please allow up to 10 business days for Creation to issue the refund, then standard bank or credit card rules apply for money to be applied to your account. Please note the $8.50 service fee is not refundable.
